Exchange Policy – Ishfé

At Ishfé, we want you to love every piece you purchase. However, if something isn’t quite right, we offer an easy exchange policy.

📦 Exchange Eligibility

  • You may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be:

    • Unworn and unwashed

    • With original tags and packaging

    • Free from any stains, perfume, or damage

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items returned without original packaging

🔄 Exchange Process

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp at +92 320 9033000 within 7 days of delivery.

  2. Mention your Order Number, item(s) for exchange, and reason.

  3. Once approved, send the item back to our warehouse at your own cost.

  4. After inspection, we’ll ship your replacement within 3–5 working days.

💸 Please Note

  • We currently do not offer refunds, only size or article exchanges.

  • Courier charges for exchanges will be paid by the customer.

  • If the replacement item is out of stock, you’ll receive a store credit valid for 30 days.
